Once we receive your information, our analysts will approach you to learn as much as possible about your particular specifications. As soon as the specifications are agreed,by you an ESEConsult, we will submit to you the resumes of our employees with required skills and experience for validation. For a better protection of your intelligence properties and business secrets, we can sign a NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) in advance. Generally we ask 20-30% of the total payment in advance. Business model Facing the unpredictable economy, customers are increasingly demanding the flexibility which best serves their unique business strategies. Following business models will be adopted by ESEconsult to ensure your competition in the changing marketplace. Fixed Price With our fixed price projects, we offer a cost effective and low-risk option for our customers. This model can be applied when the scope, schedules and requirements of the project are specifically defined. In this case, we select the most suitable development team, technologies and management resources. Also the total cost and timeline of the development is agreed prior to the start of the project. Time and Materials This model is suitable for companies who need quick access to resources where requirements are not clearly defined. It is usually applied to large project for whose specifications are changing during the development process. The customers pay a weekly/monthly development fee which is agreed mutually at the time of contract signing so the cost is decided depending on the amount of time and resources demanded. Through this model, ESEconsult offers our customers project teams with the required team members, equipment and infrastructure based on project requirements. Outsourcing service contracts will be signed according to the different models the clients' selection. The contract secures the general terms and conditions, including those of confidentiality, transfer of intellectual property rights to the customer and some others.
